Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards processed via secure third-party payment providers. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We do not store your full payment card details. In the event of a declined or failed payment, your order will not be processed. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, you will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines under UK pharmacy law, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
